The service

Inside Edge provides interview coaching, feedback and preparation materials. Coaching is educational and advisory. It does not guarantee an interview outcome, job offer, compensation level or hiring decision.

Scope

Coaching covers interview performance, business and product judgement, communication, leadership evidence and relevant working signals. It does not provide legal, financial or specialist technical advice, including specialist AML or FinCrime training. Virginia may decline work that falls outside her experience.

Booking and payment

A coaching booking is confirmed when the required payment has been completed through the booking provider and a confirmation has been issued. Prices shown at checkout include the applicable amount for the selected session. The free 15-minute introduction is a fit check, not a coaching session.

Digital course purchase

The Bar Raiser Story Lab is sold as a one-time digital course purchase. The price and applicable included tax are shown at checkout. Access is personal to the purchaser and begins after Stripe confirms payment and the purchaser creates their course login.

Digital access and withdrawal

During checkout you request immediate access to the digital course. Where the law requires it, you will also be asked to acknowledge that beginning the digital supply during a statutory withdrawal period may affect or end the right to withdraw once supply has begun. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Course access and permitted use

Your login and course materials are for your individual interview preparation. You may download the supplied workbook and prompt sheet for personal use. You may not share account access, distribute the videos or materials, resell them, or publish substantial parts of the course.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel using the link in your booking confirmation. Please make changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance can be refunded or credited. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed sessions are normally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer rights apply or Virginia agrees otherwise. If Virginia must cancel, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.

Preparation and attendance

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, joining on time and ensuring that your connection and equipment work. Share only the information reasonably needed to prepare the session. Do not provide confidential interview questions, employer trade secrets or personal information about other people.

Materials and confidentiality

Original Inside Edge exercises, templates and materials remain the intellectual property of Inside Edge and are provided for your personal preparation. They may not be resold, published or distributed. Virginia will treat your preparation and career information as confidential, subject to legal obligations and the operation of necessary service providers.

Independent service

Inside Edge is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for Revolut or any other employer. Coaching uses original preparation material and does not promise access to confidential live questions.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. If you ask for a service to begin during any applicable statutory withdrawal period, you request early performance of the service and acknowledge that the amount corresponding to services already supplied may remain payable.
